Guide and Virtual Tour of Channel Islands: Quaisne Bay.
Panorama | Review | Map
Quaisne Bay At the eastern end of St Brelade's Bay is Quaisne Bay. A bit more windswept than St Brelade's and trickier to find if you're driving but it is only a short walk along the beach and over the headland from one to the other. There is a huge car park and a tiny little cafe at this sandy beach, but its best feature has got to be the Smuggler's Inn pub. A proper pub with great beer and an extensive menu. Apparently this is one of the sites of the earliest settlement in Jersey mammoth hunters used to drive mammoths to their death over the cliffs here... Nice.
