Elizabeth Marina. This newly developed harbour and marina area smelled of money when we visited in 2008. Possibly, the continued planned developments took a mini break while the world was having a recession a year or two later?
Here, there are swanky new offices and studio/flats alongside cafes and a large marina. The multi-screen cinema and sports centre are close by.
